How I engineered and deployed the NNRG Campus Mobile App in a 24-hour non-stop sprint and successfully published it to PhonePe's Indus Appstore.
The 24-Hour Engineering Challenge
When campus digital management required a unified mobile experience for students and faculty, I took on the challenge of building the NNRG Campus App from scratch in just 24 hours. The goal was to take the app from concept to production-ready APK and ship it directly to PhonePe's Indus Appstore.
24-Hour Sprint Milestones
- Cross-Platform Build: Engineered with Flutter for high performance and smooth native UI transitions across devices.
- Cloud Backend Integration: Backed by Supabase & Firebase for real-time database sync and secure authentication.
- Indus Appstore Verification: Completed release build signing, developer console verification, and live publication.
